PREREGISTRATION FORM for the NWA 34th Annual Meeting October 18-22, 2009

This form is for those that are registering to attend the majority (more than two days) of the Annual Meeting General Sessions (Monday, Oct. 19 - Thursday, Oct. 22). If you can only attend one or two days of the General Sessions, please use the special daily rate form. You can register for the Sunday, October 18th, Broadcast Meteorology Workshop or Student Seminar on either form.

Preregistration will be held through October 9th. Registration after the preregistration period will result in fee increases of from $5 to $25.
